78 new homes has been given the green light by Cavan County Council in Virginia.
Along with the dwellings a single storey creche to complete the existing residential development known as The Drumlins was also approved.
The Drumlins development was previously approved planning permission and will now allow the removal of 19 existing partially constructed dwellings.
The plans now will allow for the development of 2 x 4 bed two storey detached dwellings, 34 x 4 bed two storey semi-detached dwellings, 2 x 3 bed two storey detached dwellings, 32 x 3 bed two storey semi-detached dwellings and 8 x 3 bed dormer bungalow semi-detached dwellings.
The approved plans for the completion of the estate on the Bailieboro Road, Virginia has got the go-ahead with 28 conditions attached.
