Cavan County Council has given the green light for 12 new homes in Virginia.
Plans were submitted to the local authority for 6 no. 4 bed two storey semi-detached dwellings along with 6 no. 3 bed two storey semi-detached dwellings.
Connections to all public services, entrance onto the roadway, together with all associated site works all make up the approved plans.

County planners gave the go-ahead for the development at Rahardrum, Virginia with 32 conditions attached.
