The head of Cavan IFA is putting her name forward to become regional chairperson.
Elizabeth Ormiston confirmed her intention on Shannonside Northern Sound this morning.
The Mullagh native was elected to her current position three years ago.

Clontibret poultry farmer Nigel Renaghan is the current Ulster- North Leinster Regional Chairperson since early 2018, when he saw off challenge of the then Cavan Chair James Speares.
Speaking on The Joe Finnegan Show, Elizabeth Ormiston made the announcement.
