History will show Heather Humphreys to be the person who changed politics in Ireland.
That's according to an elected member of the National Executive of Fine Gael and party chair for Cavan and Monaghan, Philip Kelly. Mr Kelly said Heather is a down to earth person who worked for the people quietly and consistently.
Speaking to Northern Sound he said Heather has always worked for one and all in the region. Philip said there isn't one club or organisation that hasn't benefited from the local Minister.

Meanwhile, Frank Brady, IFA's Ulster-North Leinster Regional Chairman says Heather Humphreys has never forgot her roots.
