Hit and Run incident in Ballyhaise under investigation

Gardai in Cavan are currently investigating a hit and run road traffic collision that occurred in the Knockfad area of Ballyhaise

The incident happened at approximately 9.30pm on Thursday on the Ballyhaise to Butlersbridge Road. It is believed a blue or green Citroen car was involved and failed to remain at the scene. Anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who may have dashcam footage of the incident is being asked to contact Cavan Garda Station on 049 4368800
