Gardaí in Cavan are currently investigating a break-in to a house at Marahill, on the Crossdoney to Killeshandra road. The incident took place on Wednesday, November 29th sometime during the day before 7:15pm.
A quantity of cash and jewellery was taken. According to Gardaí, a similar incident also occurred on Wednesday in the Drumkerril area of Milltown. Gardaí in Cavan are appealing to anyone who noticed anything suspicious in either area or if you can help in any way to contact them. You can do so by calling 049 4368800.
