Investigation launched into death of baby at Co Meath home

An investigation's underway following the death of a baby at a residential property in Co Meath earlier this week.

It's understood the State Pathologist will conduct a post-mortem examination.

RTÉ News confirmed the tragic news last night and said the findings from the post-mortem will determine the course of the inquiry.
