Investigations are taking place in Belturbet following a burglary which was reported to Gardaí during the early hours of this morning. Gardaí received a report of a burglary at a commercial premises at approximately 5am.
It is believed that the incident took place at a MACE shop in the area, located as you are heading out of the town. Northern Sound understands that the premises remains closed this afternoon following the incident.
Investigations are ongoing at this time. Anyone with information or who noticed any suspicious activity around that time in the Belturbet area is asked to contact Gardaí.
