A joint operation has taken place over recent days in a bid to crackdown on cross border crime groups. Police in Fermanagh and Omagh have been conducting focused operations over recent days, specifically targeting organised crime groups responsible for an increase in burglaries and drug supply across the area.
Police says they understand the significant impact these particular crimes have on victims and the wider community. In response, they have been working closely with colleagues in An Garda Síochána, conducting joint checkpoints and sharing information.
Police say they are committed to using all available resources and partnerships to pursue these offenders and make our communities safer. Your vigilance helps – please report any suspicious activity immediately via 101, or always call 999 if a crime is in progress.
