Two learner permit holders were stopped by Gardaí in Monaghan this week for driving whilst unaccompanied. According to local Gardaí, the pair were detected by members of the Monaghan Roads Policing Unit.
One was driving without insurance and both cars were detained.
Both drivers also received Fixed Payment Notices and face a possible court appearance.
