The National Enterprise Awards are taking place today and there's local interest from across the Northern Sound region.
The finalists were selected by their respective Local Enterprise Offices as the most exceptional company in their local area for this year.
The nominees represent a diverse range of businesses from all across the country and the awards focus on specific areas such as innovation, start-ups, and exporting, as well as an overall National Enterprise Awards winner.

Aine's Handmade Chocolates has been chosen to represent Co Cavan, while Streat School is the Monaghan LEO nominee.
The awards will be decided at an event in the Mansion House in Dublin today.
