A local councillor believes the Co Cavan village of Red hills is being forgotten about.
Cllr Stiofan Conaty says the village is lacking investment compared to other nearby villages. He says Redhills needs investment, deserves it and he will keep pushing for it.
The local representative says the village needs new footpaths and repairs are needed to the ones that are there along with public lighting and other services for the community.
Cllr Conaty believes the people of Redhills feel like they are being left behind. He says he was frustrated and disappointed to be told the money isn't there for places like Redhills.
