Local house prices continue to rise

That's according to the latest Daft.ie report.

House prices locally were higher in the fourth quarter of 2025 than a year previously.

That's according to the latest Daft.ie report which shows market prices in counties Longford, Leitrim, Roscommon, Cavan and Monaghan have each seen an increase.

In Monaghan, the average price for a three-bed semi-d has risen by 22.2 per cent to over 272 thousand euro.

While County Cavan saw a rise of 5.3 per cent with prices there 227 thousand euro.
