Three housing developments in the Northern Sound region have been selected for the Irish Council for Social Housing Public Choice Award.
The two developments selected in Co Cavan are St Brigid's Place and Elm Park.
Meanwhile, Birch Court in Ballybay is always in the running.

Projects shortlisted for the ICSH IPB Community Housing Awards 2025 are also competing in the Public Choice Award 2025.
This category gives members of the public an opportunity to support a participating project that they feel is most deserved of recognition.
