A local man has called for the budget to support those who really need it.
Tom from Cavan was reacting to the expected cut in the hospitality VAT in the upcoming budget.
He believes that this budget should focus on businesses and people who are in "dire straits"

Tom is making the point that the budget allocations should be targeted at those who really need it, and not put money into the pockets of millionaires.
Tom believes that smaller businesses should be supported, while simultaneously noting that customers shouldn't be "ripped off".
