Projects in Cavan and Monaghan have received public recognition for their architecture.
The 2025 RIAI Architecture Awards celebrate architecture, and look for excellence, innovation, and the contribution of design to public life. Monaghan County Council announced that two of it's projects were honoured on the night.
Monaghan Peace Campus took home two awards, being named a winner in the Public Building category and the Universal Design Category. The Church Square Regeneration Project was also recognised as a winner in the Urban Designs Category.

In Cavan, Bailieboro Bridewell, was highly commended in the Adaptation and Re-Use section.
