A personal trainer in Co. Monaghan has been offering free fitness classes as Gaeilge, as part of Seachtaine na Gaeilge.
Cian Ó'Braonáin, from Monaghan Town, is a fluent Irish speaker who works at the Retro Barbell Gym.
This week he has been running free bilingual strength classes for Teach na Daoine as part of the Irish language festival.
Cian's family are all Irish speakers, and he said that the language continues to be a big part of his life.
Speaking to Northern Sound, he said that his goal is to make people stronger, and to teach a cúpla focail at the same time.
Cian said: "Everyone love's the bit of Irish being put into it. I've people in my classes with barely any Irish, so I don't force a load of Irish down their throats.
"I like to bring in bits and pieces, the usual greetings, goodbye, counting the reps in Irish, and a few words here and there.
"It's actually making them come out of their shells a bit more," Cian added.
