Students across the Northern Sound region are due to receive Round 1 CAO offers later today.

Over 1,800 students in Cavan and Monaghan received their Leaving Cert and Leaving Cert Applied results last Friday.

Round 1 offers for third level courses will be made available online to students from 2pm.
