A Cavan-Monaghan TD wants to see people grow old with dignity and security.
Cathy Bennett was speaking about current situation relating to life-expectancy and pensions in Ireland.
Currently the Irish pension age stands at 66 and according to experts by 2028 it could go to 68.
Deputy Bennett believes that people need to be able to grow old with a sense of security.
Speaking on the Joe Finnegan show, she explained Sinn Fein's stance on the issue.
