Monaghan County Council says it has been actively working to increase housing options across the county.
20 Affordable Purchase homes have been delivered in Monaghan Town and Carrickmacross, as well as 16 Cost Rental apartments in Monaghan Town.
As the council plans it's next phase of housing delivery, it wants to understand the level of demand for future Affordable Purchase and Cost Rental schemes in Co Monaghan.
By sharing your housing needs and preferences, you will help Monaghan County Council identify where new homes are most needed, what types of homes should be prioritised, and how future schemes can best support individuals and families living or working in the county.
Locals are invited to complete a survey online which will remain open until Friday the 17th April at 5pm.
According to Monaghan County Council, public input will directly inform future housing plans and help shape sustainable, affordable living opportunities across the county.
