As voting in the Presidential Election continues this morning, some rural areas in Co Monaghan have seen 5% turn out figures during the first 90 mins of polling stations opening.
The likes of Latnamard and Corcaghan are at 5%, with Killeevan at 4%, while some rural areas in South Monaghan are under 2% so far.
Urban areas like Monaghan Town, Ballybay and Castleblayney are ranging from 1.9% to 2.2%.
While Carrickmacross turn out so far is at 3%. Castleblayney also stands at 3% as of 8.30 too.
Killeevan NS is at 4% as of 8.30, this is where Heather Humphreys voted this morning. Corcaghan 5%, Urbelshanny 3%, Corduff 1.3%, Latnamard 2.5%, Drumgossatt 1.6%, Monaghan Town 1.9%, Carrickmacross 3%, Castleblayney 3%, Ballybay 2.85% and Inniskeen is at 5%.
As of 10am the five booths in St Louis NS, Monaghan is at 6%. Overall there is a 9% turnout so far at St Tiarnach's Clones.
Elsewhere in Bruskey, Co Cavan, booth 1 is at 6.5% while booth 2 is at 4% as of 11am.
Meanwhile in Munterconnaught, turn out so far at Knocktemple National School is standing at 6.3% in booth 1 and 5% at booth 2.
St Anne's NS in Bailieboro has a turn out figure of 6.9% so far.
