A man in his 30s is recuperating after falling victim to an alleged attack at pub in county Cavan.
The incident is now the subject of a garda investigation and the incident took place just after midnight on Sunday.
Gardaí received a report of an alleged assault that occurred at a premises in Belturbet, Co. Cavan on Sunday 20th July 2025 at approximately 12:15am.

A male in his 30s received medical treatment at the scene for non-life threatening injuries.
Investigations are ongoing.
