A man, charged with the murder of his parents and brother, has been further remanded in custody.
31-year-old Robert O'Connor of Drumgowna, Louth Village, County Louth appeared before Drogheda District Court for the second time this morning, via video link.
The court heard he will undergo an independent psychiatric assessment on Wednesday, and the judge has extended legal aid to cover this and senior counsel.

He'll appear before the same court on the 20th of October for service of a book of evidence.
Mark, Louise and Evan O'Connor were found dead at their home last Monday.
