A 53-year old man has been once again further remanded in jail in relation to the €5.25M drug seizure in Co Monaghan that occurred last month.
Lithuanian national, Aruna Racyla of Highfield, Carrickmacross has been charged in relation the misuse of drugs act and the sale and supply of cocaine.
It's alleged at Ballyloughan, Carrickmacross the accused was unlawfully in the possession the controlled drug.
There was no application for bail at this time.
During the brief appearance today, Judge Raymond Finnegan remanded the 53-year-old in Cloverhill Prison to appear before Monaghan District Court via video link on the 27th of April to allow for DPP directions in the case.
