Maurice Brady has been elected the new Chair of Cavan IFA.
He takes over from Elizabeth Ormiston, whose four year term came to an end at last night's county AGM.
In a contested election, Brady was voted in ahead of Jimmy Sheridan.

Owen Brodie was uncontested to be vice-chair, as was Aidan Smith for the position of treasurer.
Meanwhile, Elizabeth Tilson was elected PRO ahead of Jonathan Wilson.
