A Co. Monaghan family will take part in the final of Ireland's Fittest Family this weekend.
The McKenna's from Corraghbrack are a very active family who love sport.
The team consists of mum Sharon, her two sons Caolan and Cormac, along with her daughter Cailin who described herself to Northern Sound as a "fitness fanatic."
Speaking to Northern Sound, Caolan McKenna said that it is very exciting to watch yourself back on the tele.
Caolan and Cormac both work as electricians, and have been recognised while out on jobs in the community.
Ahead of this weeks final, Caolan said he is proud of how his mum Sharon and his sister Cailin did in the competition.
Mr. McKenna said: "It's class like, I'm very proud.
"I'm very proud of my mother, in the last episode there. I was very impressed with how she hung on, she done a great job.
"The two girls, only for them, me and Cormac couldn't have done it without them," he added.
