Minister Niamh Smyth has offered high praise for the "great work" carried out by youth diversion projects across Cavan and Monaghan.
The local minister also commended the work of An Garda Siochana in Cavan and Monaghan, along with other services for the work they do with young people who are on the fringes of society.
