A major economic and jobs boost looks set to be on the cards for Monaghan.
Award winning automated storage Moffett Automation has been given the green light to develop a 15,000 sq ft centre of excellence.
The plans to construct a two storey purpose built facility on a greenfield site in Clontibret as part of the firm's continued expansion on the national and international stage has been approved.

The secured go-ahead concerning Moffett Automation's latest expansion plans comes some three-and-a-half years on from the official opening of its head offices.
The business is the brainchild of Sam Moffett, the son of renowned engineer Robert Moffett.
On approving this application, Monaghan County Council gave it subject to 16 conditions.
