A business in Monaghan has reached a settlement with Revenue following an under-declaration of VAT.
Silverstream Service Station was amongst the list of 11 settlements published by Revenue today. 7 cases exceeded €100,000 including the case in Monaghan, which was settled for just over €153,000. 1 case was in excess of €500,000, with one business in Cork settling for over €800,000. The total value of the settlements was €2.2 million
In the 3-month period to 30 June 2024, a total of 16,941 Revenue Compliance Interventions were settled resulting in a total yield of €99.8 million
