A coffee morning will take at the Monaghan Harps GAA grounds next Thursday.
The event will mark the launch of mental health posters for changing rooms and toilets across the local facility in a bid to encourage people to seek help and speak out in relation to their mental health.
A waterproof sticker with a QR code for indoor and outdoor purposes will also provide both men and women with essential helplines and emergency numbers at both a local and national level.
