A Monaghan native has been appointed as a regional advisor for Goldman Sachs.
Eugene McCague from Clones will take over from former rugby player Hugo MacNeill who held the role for 31 years with the investment bank.
McCague was a corporate lawyer with Arthur Cox, President of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce and chairs the Alzheimer Society.

He will now act as the regional advisor with the investment bank for the Irish market.
