Monaghan Mushrooms is featuring in a new campaign to highlight the environmental benefits of eating home-grown vegetables.
Veg Power launched a video to coincide with the COP26 event in Scotland, saying the greenhouse gas emissions in the food sector is being overlooked by world leaders.
The campaign focuses on how food producers in Ireland and the UK are working to reduce their environmental output.
