A new Covid-like virus sweeping the country is not a cause of concern, according to a leading medical expert on virology.
The virus known as EG.5 and nick-named 'Eris', has flu-like symptoms.

He says symptoms currently doing the rounds are nothing more than a common cold or light flu.
