A number of representatives from Monaghan County Council will be traveling to Prince Edward Island.
County Monaghan has been twinned with Prince Edward Island since 1994 and the relationship has gone from strength to strength.
Bronagh McAree spoke about the opportunity for relationships and networking on the trip.
Speaking to Northern Sound she explained the plan and value of the experience.
"There’s networking, business links and the likes of that as well, but it is a relationship that goes from strength to strength. Tomorrow, myself, Cllr Raymond Aughey and Cllr Richard Truell, along with Patricia Monaghan from the Executive, will be heading to Prince Edward Island. We're very excited about that and, it's great to go over and continue that relationship with them."
