Members of the successful Accora Orchestra have firmly put Mullagh on the map following its recent success in Austria.
The award-wining group recently travelled to Innsbruck to take part in the World Music Festival.
Members of the Mullagh-based orchestra, which consisted of the under 16, under 21 and senior bands made the journey to defend their world championship title which they won prior to Covid.
The talented orchestra did not disappoint with the U21s walking away with the world championship title once again.
The senior band also placed second and the U16s came in fourth place.
Conductor Yvonne Chilton founded the group alongside her husband over 30 years ago and since then the group has gone from strength to strength.
Accora's annual summer concert will also take place this Thursday evening at 7.30pm at the Ramor Arts Centre in Cavan.
