Two drivers are to face court appearances in Monaghan following a raft of offences.
The first driver was stopped in the Carrickmacross district where it was discovered they were an unaccompanied learner. They also had no L plates displayed and failed a roadside drugs test.
Another driver stopped in the area was found to be driving without a valid license. Both drivers will face a court date in the near future.
