The N2 in Monaghan has reopened following a serious road traffic collision yesterday.
Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene on the N2 the Demesne, Castleshane in Monaghan shortly before 3pm.
The road was closed overnight and diversions were in place via Ballybay and on to Monaghan Town.
