N2 reopens following earlier collision

The N2 has reopened this lunchtime following an earlier collision.

Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of a multi road traffic collision in Co Monaghan. The incident involved four vehicles and occurred on the N2 near the Clontibret roundabout towards Castleblayney.

Local diversions were in place for a time while emergency services responded to the incident. .
