The N3 has been closed in Co Cavan this evening following a collision.
The collision has occurred on the N3 south of Virginia on the Dublin side of the Tirlan facility.
The road is closed in both directions while emergency services deal with the incident.

It’s not known at present how many vehicles are involved or if they are injuries.
Diversions will be put in place but motorists are being advised to avoid the area if possible.
