Toyota is the most popular car brand across the Shannonside Northern Sound region.
It comes as the Irish Motor Industry released its figures for the month of November. The Irish Motor Industry is the official voice of the motor industry in Ireland. According to its latest report, Toyota was the most popular car brand across Longford, Roscommon and Cavan, at a total of 637 new Toyotas registered in the first 11 months of 2023.
Volkswagen is reported to be the most common car brand in Leitrim, at 64 out of a total of 441 registered vehicles in the county as of November. The figures reveal that SEAT is Monaghan's most popular car brand, which currently stand at an 80% increase since last year's data for the county.
The report also shows that grey is the most popular colour for vehicles across the entire Shannonside Northern Sound region, with over 1500 gray vehicles registered out of a total of 4271 across the five counties so far this year.
