Monaghan County Council has delivered 40 energy-efficient homes in Knockcarrick, Annyalla.
This development includes eight accessible bungalows thoughtfully designed for people with disabilities.
It also features green spaces, a children's playground, easy access to the local primary school, crèche, and public transport to Castleblayney and Monaghan.

Speaking to Northern Sound, Cathaoirleach of Monaghan County Council Cllr Paul Gibbons said he was "particularly happy" to see this new development of social housing in Annyalla.
