The number of people registered as homeless has reached yet another record high, with more than 16 thousand 700 people living in emergency accommodation.
They include over 5 thousand 200 children, showing child homelessness is up 14 per cent in the last year.
October's figures from the Department of Housing also show an overall 12 per cent increase in homelessness over the last 12 months.
