An online public consultation is closing tomorrow on a 10-year Master Plan for Lough Muckno and its Environs in Castleblayney.
Locals are being encouraged to share their thoughts and have their say on the development.
This master plan will provide a blueprint for the future development of Lough Muckno and its environs over the next 10 years.

Cunnane Stratton Reynolds have been appointed and will lead a multi-disciplinary team in the development of the master plan through three key stages of Information gathering and analysis, emerging concepts, and a draft masterplan in early 2026. Speaking to Northern Sound, Cllr Aidan Campbell says now is the time for people to log online to the Monaghan County Council website have their say.
