More than 100 people will gather for a peace summit in Derry today to mark with the 25th anniversary of the Good Friday Agreement The summit supported by the International Fund for Ireland will review the unfinished business of peace and reconciliation and consider how a new generation of peace-builders can be better supported.
Dympna McGlade from Community Dialogue says the summit is about giving a voice to those who want change. "We are building a momentum here; we are bringing forward people with a voice that is saying we want change.
"We want to move into the international model of best peace practice that we are supposed to be. And, we want young people in particular to be involved in driving that forward," she added.
