Planning permission has been granted for the conversion of a well-known pub in Cavan.
LGI Investments had applied to Cavan County Council for the change of use of the 'The Coachman Inn' in Virginia. The pub would be converted into two retail commercial units including signage.
Also included in the application is permission to alter the shop front and entrances to the existing units. Permission for the conversion was granted with seven conditions attached.
