Planning permission has been approved this week for 15 homes in Butlersbridge in Co Cavan.
The plans that go-ahead will allow for the mixed development consisting of 12 two storey semi detached dwellings, 1 two - storey detached dwelling, and 2 dormer semi - detached dwellings. The approved plans allow for a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bed homes.
New service roads, traffic calming, footpaths, landscaping, communal spaces, and connection to existing services and associated site works are all included for the development works at Glenwood Park in Butlersbridge. County planners gave the green light with 35 conditions attached.
