Planning permission has been approved for 20 homes in Cavan in recent days.
The green light was given for the 2-storey dwellings which will consist of ten 3-bed semi-detached dwellings, two. 3-bed detached dwellings and two separate blocks of four.2-bed units.
The approved plans at Oldtown in Cavan town also allows for the extension of existing service road, connection to existing services and all ancillary works at development known as 'Oldtown Manor'. Weststate Ltd were given the go-ahead by Cavan County Council with 32 conditions attached.
