Planning permission has been approved for 58 homes in Mullagh.
The green light has been given for 14 x 3 bed dormer bungalows, 1x 3 bedroom single storey dwelling, 26 x 3 bed two storey semi-detached dwellings, 16 x 4 bed two storey semi-detached dwellings and 1 x 4 bed two storey detached property.
The approved application includes connecting to all public services, a new entrance onto public road, together with all associated site works.

Despite a number of submissions, Cavan County Council gave the go-ahead for the major development with 27 conditions attached.
