Planning permission has been granted for the construction of a residential block containing five townhouses in Butlersbridge, Co Cavan.
The fully serviced residential block will include five, two-storey townhouses with basement accommodation.
The development site is located just off the main street in the centre of Butlersbridge village.

The planning statement says the works will create a "high-quality residential environment" that will "satisfy the rural housing need of the area".
