Planning permission is being sought for 29 houses in Co Monaghan.
Doohamlet Construction Co. Ltd are applying for planning permission for the development at Dernaglug, Doohamlet, Co. Monaghan.
If given the green light the development would consist of 1x 2 bed detached bungalow dwellings, 4 x 2 bed semi-detached bungalow dwellings, 6 x 2 bed semi-detached two-storey dwellings, 2 x 3 bed detached two-storey dwellings, 11 x 3 bed semi-detached two-storey dwellings and 5 x 4 bed semi-detached two-storey dwellings,
The proposed plans also include hard and soft landscaping, public lighting, new estate road, connection to existing mains services together with all ancillary and associated site works.
County planners will decide on the application in the coming months as the application is now at the pre-validation stage.
